Ben joined CBRE in October, 2021. He specializes in representing clients with acquisition/disposition needs and structuring lease transactions for both Tenants and Landlords. Ben has represented a wide variety of industrial tenants and is also currently working as national representation for ADL Delivery, Hillyard, and American Direct Procurement. Ben also works as landlord representation for CapitaLand on their 1.8 million square foot industrial portfolio in Kansas City and as landlord representation for Oddo Development for their portfolio in Johnson County, KS.
