Prior to joining ASSEMBLY, Ben VinZant was a partner and head of development for a midwest restaurant group. During this time, he developed 12 restaurants in 8 markets. From site selection, lease negotiation and construction management to brand creation and operating systems, Ben understands the many hats an entrepreneur must wear. This experience allows him to be a great asset in making his client’s project a success. In addition to restaurants, Ben has developed multiple low-income and multi-family housing projects.
