Ben Trautwein joined CBC-TPE in 2007 and became an Associate Broker in 2010. Trautwein, a former Captain in the Air Force, is the current President and an Owner of Coldwell Banker Commercial – The Property Exchange.
Trautwein is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). CCIM Designees are recognized as the leading experts in commercial investment real estate including expertise in financial, market and investment analysis.
Trautwein has individually closed over $200 million in sales since 2007 and is the top producing Commercial Broker for CBC-TPE which was the top producing Commercial Brokerage firm in Wyoming in 2014, 2015 and 2017.
