Ben advises tenants, owners, institutions, private equity firms, developers and corporate users regarding all facets of industrial and capital markets properties. Since 2020, Ben has transacted in excess of $2.4B and completed over 200 transactions. In the past 12 months, Ben led the disposition of two of the highest valued GTA industrial transactions ever completed, including a $312M 13-building income portfolio and a $210M development site sale. Ben’s team has a strong presence in the large-bay industrial leasing space, having recently completed over 2.6M sf of lease transactions and represent over 2.0M SF of new spec construction listings, including a 1.2M sf single-building and 310,000 sf last-mile facility. Ben’s teammates, consisting of some of the industry’s top brokers, transaction managers and marketing specialists, provide clients with real time market intelligence and professional service. Ben believes in the power of data, and that detailed analysis and preparation will lead to successful results for his clients. Outside of the office, Ben enjoys chasing around his fun and creative 3.5 year old son with his wife while making memories doing the things his family loves.
