Ben Onderdonk is Senior Portfolio Account Manager in Savills [Dallas] office, responsible for managing portfolio strategy and executing office and industrial transactions for a global roster of clients from a diverse range of industries.
Ben joined Savills in 2021 with over 20 years of industry experience. He joined the company from Mohr Partners, where he oversaw the corporate services platform of 17 domestic and global accounts, with a combined 3,200 locations and 31 million SF. During his tenure, Ben negotiated over 540 lease, sale and build-to-suit transactions -- ranging from 100 to 400,000 SF – involving office and industrial space in 46 states and five countries. With a singular focus on tenant-centric representation, he helped develop workplace strategies, occupancy analyses and portfolio optimizations to help his clients manage their real estate portfolios more efficiently and cost effectively. His strategies and service resulted in millions of dollars in annual client real estate expense savings.
Ben began as an Advisor with Equis Corporation (now part of Cushman & Wakefield), where he handled the negotiation and managed the rollout of 25 TSA (Transportation Security Administration) office leases in five states over a five-month period.
