Ben is a Partner in our Leasing & Development team.
Ben advises clients on office acquisitions and disposals across Central London but with specialist insight in London’s Midtown and South Bank markets.
He started his career as a commercial property agent at EA Shaw in 2010 from there, Ben joined CBRE, where he attained his MRICS qualifications and was rapidly promoted to Associate Director. Ben joined the Farebrother and Union Street Partners team in February 2017 and was made Partner in August 2018.
With more than eight years’ experience, he has worked with clients including LandSec, CBRE Global Investors, Aviva, RLAM, Legal & General IM, Shaftesbury, CAPCO and Overcourt providing strategic advice on a variety of new development and refurbishment projects in the South Bank and Midtown markets.
His recent and ongoing disposal instructions include an 18,000 sq. ft. refurbishment of 90 Union Street, SE1 the redevelopment and refurbishment of 49,000 sq. ft. of 47 Tanner Street, SE1 and the marketing and disposal of Regal House, 14 James St, WC2 on behalf of CAPCO.
