Ben provides leasing and development advice to a variety of landlords within the South Bank and Midtown markets.
He started his career in the agency team at EA Shaw in 2010, from there Ben joined CBRE where he attained his MRICS qualifications and was rapidly promoted to Associate Director. Ben joined the Union Street Partners and Farebrother team in February 2017 and was promoted to Partner in August 2018. He uses his intrinsic knowledge of both the South Bank and Midtown market and works closely with all members of the JV to provide an unrivalled service to his clients.
With over 10 years’ experience, he has worked closely with Landsec, Mitsubishi, Kennedy Wilson, Legal & General IM, Aviva, CBRE GI, Overcourt and TLS. Providing strategic advice on a variety of new developments and refurbishment projects.
