Having a passion for this industry and for its work is why Ben has been involved in home building and home sales since 2000. His father was a developer in Colorado in the early 80s and his first taste on his own was in the new home industry in early 2000 with a national builder in Denver. After almost eight years and many high achievement awards for sales and customer service, he wanted to find a way that gave more personally and professionally to his clients. In his 22-year career in home consulting and sales, he has helped people with everything from the first-time-buyer townhome to multi-million-dollar estates. Ben really loves Colorado and all it has to offer. He's now living in the Denver Highlands and loving the urban lifestyle. He was born in Wheatridge, and have lived from Aurora to Fort Collins and just about everywhere in between. It has given him the knowledge of the more mature and new areas in Colorado. He is an avid Colorado outdoors person. Skiing in the wintertime and mountain biking in the summer keeps him fit and in tune with the active Colorado lifestyle. Many people that are moving to Colorado or that live here now want to be near areas so that they can enjoy what Colorado offers.
