Ben Braddock began his work in the real estate field in 2002 redeveloping multi-family properties for an investment company. In 2005, he received his NC & VA General Contractors licenses. Over the years, he built both spec and high-end custom homes, renovated hundreds of single and multi-family properties and completed many commercial upfits for tenants.
He also represents both buyers and sellers in both residential investment and commercial real estate transactions.
