Ben Becker has been with KLNB since 2006. He works closely with developers and landlords to formulate and execute retail leasing strategies- particularly for walkable, mixed-use projects. His clients include Jair Lynch Real Estate Partners, Douglas Development, EYA, Adams Investment Group, Standard Property Group, and Marcus Asset Group. Ben also represents tenants throughout the Washington, DC metropolitan area. He has led market expansions for Ace Hardware, Massage Envy, Sarku Japan, GNC, and others.
