Beau Kaleel has more than 16 years of real estate and sales experience and is a Senior Director of a brokerage team with Jim Foreman, Allison Bergmann and Michael Foreman. As a part of a dynamic industrial and investment team Mr. Kaleel applies his knowledge of real estate, distribution and supply chain management to accurately and effectively assist landlords in project leasing and corporate clients with their real estate requirements. Mr. Kaleel has completed over 600 transactions for a total aggregate value in excess of $500 million. In addition, his lease transactions total more than 35 million square feet. Over 15 years ago when first joining the firm, Mr. Kaleel completed Cushman & Wakefield’s career development program, a comprehensive training and experience-based program throughout all areas of Cushman & Wakefield, including market research, valuation, financial services, asset services, financial systems, and industrial and office brokerage. Mr. Kaleel is recognized for his historically high record of closing transactions and his ability to handle complex and significant assignments. He is also recognized for his strategic and consultative approach and commitment to industrial clients and their global real estate needs.
