As owner of a successful local business for 23 years and counting, Beatriz has the knowledge and experience necessary to understand what today?s business leaders are expecting and what they need to maximize their investments. Coupled with her years of real estate sales and leasing, Bea has the skills and tools necessary to further enhance her ability to understand her clients and customers. Beatriz is fluent in Spanish and is a volunteer translator for the City of Aurora court system, the City of Aurora Zoning hearings, and the City of Elgin court system. She is also involved in teaching citizenship classes for World Relief, and is involved in developing life-training programs in both Aurora and Elgin for new citizens. Beatriz practices all aspects of commercial real estate, with an emphasis in the Fox River Valley market area.
