Beatrix Masotti has been a Real Estate Professional for the past 12 years. She specializes in residential sales, luxury homes, relocation services, light commercial and development services.
Beatrix has been a resident of Central Florida since 1989. Winter Park has been her home for the past 21 years where her and her husband raised their three boys. She has been serving the construction industry in one form or another since moving to Central Florida and spent seven years working with her husband on high-end remodels and additions. This experience gives Beatrix added perspective when working with clients in her Real Estate career.
Born in Germany, Beatrix spent her early career in the import business working with companies from Germany, Austria and Italy. The International market is something that has intrigued her ever since and she quickly earned the coveted Certified International Property Specialist Designation. She has gone on to earn additional designations and countless awards within her company and her industry.
Today she gives back to her industry by volunteering on a local and state level with her association. She has served on committees and is a current board member. Beatrix is active within the builder community and is also an advocate for property rights and homeownership.
Her focus today is on residential sales as well as developer and builder services. Her attention to detail and customer service standards are the benchmark of her business. With experience to guide and passion for acquiring new knowledge, Beatrix is a valuable asset to her clients.
