Bart LaFon has worked in the commercial real estate industry for over 40 years and has been involved in hundreds of transactions since 1974. Prior to founding Crossroads Real Estate, Inc., Bart was a partner in Americor, Inc, a commercial real estate development company, where they developed shopping centers such as Crossroads Towner Center in Surprise, Arizona, Campana Square in Sun City, Arizona, the rehabilitation of 27th Avenue and Bethany Home Road shopping center, and many others. Prior to that, he was Assistant Manager, Commercial Leasing and Land Sales Department for the Del Webb Development Co. in Sun City, Arizona for 10 years, where he oversaw the development and leasing of the retail shopping centers in Sun City.
With experience in commercial property management, leasing, investment sales, and development, Bart is highly regarded throughout the commercial real estate community.
Born in Oregon, Bart attended Arizona State University in Tempe, Arizona, where he received his B.S. in Business, and has been a Phoenix resident since 1974.
