Bart received his Bachelor’s degree from The University of Michigan in 1984 and immediately began his career in commercial real estate. He received his State of Michigan Brokers license in 1987 and joined Swisher Commercial in 1989. Bart is a President & CEO of Swisher Commercial. Bart specializes in the leasing and selling of office, high tech, and light industrial buildings throughout Washtenaw County. He is experienced in marketing commercial and residential investment properties, and is a front-runner in the marketing of build-to-suit and build-to-lease commercial real estate projects. Bart also provides consulting services to developers, and has represented some of the largest developers/landlords in the area. He also has extensive experience as a tenant/buyer representative.
