Bio
Bart Pucci has been in commercial real estate for three decades, joining Savills in 2011. As an industrial and creative office real estate specialist in the Los Angeles area, Bart has represented clients nationally, assuring optimal value. He also specializes in investments and strategic efforts as a real estate resource. In addition to being strategic, managing and structuring complex real estate transactions, Bart has creative direction when acquiring or disposing real estate for his clients.
Beginning his career with Colliers Steeley in 1989, Bart was named ‘Rookie of the Year’, and then transitioned to Grubb + Ellis for 12 years where he led the Industrial Group nationally. He also worked at CB Richard Ellis (CBRE) for three years and has consistently been recognized as one of Southern California’s top real estate professionals. His past experience includes being the LA district manager of advertising sales at Penton Publishing and director of advertising sales at East/West Network.
As an ambitious and agreeable representative, Bart has created and maintained long- lasting relationships with clients. Some companies he was worked with include Lucky Brand, Restoration Hardware, Performance Team, HON Furniture, Smurfit-Stone, USC, Bay Cities Container, Sugar Foods, AMPAM, Geo Plastics and more.

Bart is an active member of the board of directors for the Catholic Big Sisters and Big Brothers nonprofit charity. Bart is or has been a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), American Industrial Real Estate Association (AIR), National Association of Industrial & Office Professionals (NAIOP), and Los Angeles Commercial Real Estate Association (LACRA).
In addition to his active participation in the commercial real estate industry, Bart was named Top Industrial Broker for the Los Angeles Business Journal, as well as Top Broker in Los Angeles by Grubb & Ellis.
