Bart began investing in Albuquerque real estate in 1976 with the purchase of his first 14-Plex Apartment Complex and a dozen single family investment properties. Now more than 45 years later, "And Older", almost retired with just this one listing as a favor his one of my oldest friends
As an investor, Bart gained great experience concerning property values and internal rates of return on investment properties. Most memorable transaction: Quality Foods purchase of The Creamland Ice Cream Factory a 58,000sqft facility with drive-in super-freezer space. Bart assisted a reverse 1031 exchange selling Quality Foods smaller warehouse/freezer space. Bart has assisted Miracle Ear, Capital Merchants, Direct TV, in their lease requirements.
With over 250 credit hours of university studies, a Bachelors in Business Management/Real Estate Minor and an MBA along with the most prestigious CCIM real estate designation, Bart provides his clients with educated expertise.
