Bart Hurlbut leads FCP’s Denver, CO office and focuses on the sourcing and execution of new multifamily investments in the Western U.S., including both acquisitions and development opportunities.
Prior to joining FCP in 2013, Mr. Hurlbut worked in Cassidy Turley’s (now Cushman & Wakefield’s) Capital Markets Group, where he helped source debt and structured equity transactions. Mr. Hurlbut earned a BS in Commerce with concentrations in Finance and Accounting from the University of Virginia’s McIntire School and is a member of the Urban Land Institute, and a founding member of the Young Real Estate Professionals of Washington, DC.
