As a Senior Associate at Logic Commercial Real Estate, Bart brings more than 10 years of experience in the Las Vegas commercial real estate market. Before joining Logic, Bart was with CBRE’s Investment Properties Team from 2016 to early 2019, where it surpassed 50 dispositions and $639 million transaction volume. He was involved in several local dispositions which, include the Hines office portfolio, Westbay Office Park, Eastwind Center, and other private capital transactions.
Bart has experience with multiple segments of the commercial real estate market such as property management as well as acquisitions and dispositions of vacant and income-producing office, retail and industrial buildings.
Bart enjoys reading, hiking, and practicing motocross/worcs as he plans on racing the Mint 400 in 2026.
