Barry L. Ward, Jr., Managing Broker leads the Roanoke Office Brokerage Group at Thalhimer, focusing on both Tenant and Landlord representation. Barry began his commercial real estate career over 30 years ago within the Roanoke Valley. His experience allows him to annualize current and future needs and match identified needs with up to the moment market knowledge creating a clear advantage for his Tenant clients. His group keeps an Active Prospect list updated helping to provide Landlord’s with unmatched exposure in the marketplace.
