Mr. Waisbrod joined The Kislak Company, Inc. in 2001 and since 2016 has been a senior vice president with the firm. He specializes in the sale of multifamily and other investment properties throughout New Jersey and the surrounding states. Mr. Waisbrod is consistently one of Kislak’s leading producers. He has been the recipient of numerous Kislak sales awards including the firm’s 2021 Producer of the Year Award and 2013, 2015, and 2019 Sima Kislak Jelin Salesperson of the Year Award. As of 2021, his sales total more than $1.5 billion.
Prior to joining Kislak, Mr. Waisbrod handled mortgage originations for a lender in New Jersey.
Mr. Waisbrod is a member of the National Multi Housing Council, the New Jersey Apartment Association and the Pennsylvania Apartment Association. He is a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of New Jersey.
