Bio
Mr. Rothstein is a native Southern Californian and began his investment real estate career in 1987. He is an expert in facilitating and mediating the transfer of investment properties with extensive experience in deal structure analysis and contract negotiation. He has brokered net leased properties, retail, industrial, office and multi residential properties. Mr. Rothstein has recently focused his business on net leased properties. He has formed the "NNN Group", a division within NAI Capital Commercial which specializes in net leased credit tenant investments. Mr. Rothstein has very strong troubleshooting capabilities as he is known in the industry for being innovative in the implementation of diplomatic solutions for due diligence, title, loan, contract and escrow related problems. Mr. Rothstein is an established professional who maintains excellent business relationships with significant local, regional and national principals and brokers.
Education
Mr. Rothstein received his Bachelor of Arts Degree with Honors from Sonoma State University and attended Southwestern University School of Law in Los Angeles, CA.
Background & Experience
While attending law school, Mr. Rothstein worked at the prestigious law firm of O'Melveny & Myers. After law school, Mr. Rothstein was an Executive Vice President at Triad Property Management where he supervised the management of over 4,500 apartment units and 1,000,000 Square Feet of Retail, Office and Industrial properties. Mr. Rothstein has excelled in the practice of Investment Real Estate and has consistently been a Top Producer at Marcus & Millichap and Charles Dunn Company, Inc. (formerly Sands Commercial). Mr. Rothstein is very proud to have recently joined NAI Capital Commercial as Vice President in their Encino Office where he is forming a national network of net leased brokers within NAI.

Significant Transactions
Mr. Rothstein has brokered in excess of 300 Million Dollars in investment properties during his career. During this past year he brokered 40.7 Million Dollars of Investment Real Estate which consisted of the following: the sale of five Walgreens Drugstores in five different states (California, Missouri, Indiana, Minnesota and Tennessee) totalling 23 Million Dollars; one Jack In The Box in Texas for 1.7 Million Dollars; two Southern California shopping centers totalling 10 Million Dollars; and four Southern California apartment buildings totalling 6 Million Dollars.
