Barry is a 10-year veteran of the real estate industry and is Chief Financial Officer of Core Spaces. Barry manages Core Spaces’ financial program, including financial reporting, debt and equity strategy and structure, internal auditing, and asset capital events and transactions.
Barry began his career at Accenture as a strategy consultant in the financial services sector. This consulting experience was leveraged to implement financial structure for over $500 million of real estate developments and $200 million of general contracting projects. Barry was a partner and CFO for LG Construction + Development and has been with Core Spaces since its inception.
Barry graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering. Barry further received a Master in Business Administration in Entrepreneurial and Real Estate Management from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
