Barry Forrest, CCIM, has over 30 years in Real Estate experience which includes 20+ years of Leased Investment experience. He currently specializes in Transaction Management for Leased Investment acquisitions and dispositions of single tenant retail properties, as well as shopping centers, office and industrial properties. His background also includes single tenant leased retail development.
Barry was the Founder and President of a boutique brokerage firm focused on the acquisition and disposition of Single Tenant Leased Retail Investments. He has closed over $200M of Retail Leased Investment Properties throughout 16 states.
