Mr. Bielat is active in the real estate markets throughout the Northeast and has completed transactions with a wide variety of clients including those from the private, corporate and government sectors. His work experience includes the disposition of assets for the FDIC, RTC, national banks and insurance companies, private investors, joint ventures, partnerships and international corporations.
Mr. Bielat has been involved in the acquisition and forward planning of several residential projects in New Jersey representing over $200,000,000 in residential development.
Mr. Bielat has also been instrumental in the funding of business opportunities, especially within the hospitality industry, through the implementation of private placements, syndication, initial public offerings, pre-packaged bankruptcies and other strategic financial mechanisms. His principal level of expertise remains in the food and beverage industry, encompassing restaurants, catering facilities, hotels, golf courses, marinas, taverns and nightclubs.
