With over 20 years of experience in the Denver commercial real estate market, I have participated in the acquisition and disposition of many mountain beautiful office, retail, and development properties. My interest in sustainable development began when I toured the National Renewable Energy Lab and NOAA. This interest led to the opportunity to market Evergreen’s first “Green” building. This building was then featured in the NAR magazine article on sustainable opportunities in marketing new buildings, remodels and land development in the future.
Currently I am working with several national banks in the leasing and sales of their distressed assets.
Our services include site analysis, commercial investment analysis, investment sales and leasing and landlord and tenant representation.
I enjoy working in my community and in Evergreen Rotary’s International Service Committee.
