Barbara Perrier has been with CBRE for 34 years and is a leading investment broker specializing in industrial and land sales. Barbara is among the firm’s Colbert Coldwell Circle, an elite group that is comprised of the top 1% of producers in the entire company in 2020, 2021 and 2022. She was appointed the elite title of Vice Chairman, the highest title a producer can achieve within CBRE. She also received the William H. McCarthy Award, CBRE’s highest recognizing one high-producing professional annually for materially impacting our culture, driving excellence, and unselfishly leading by example. Barbara and her team on the West executed over 72 deals in 2022 with a total value in excess of $7.2 billion, covering 31.3 MSF and 482 Acres. Mrs. Perrier is one of the leading investment professionals in the region and has been acknowledged with numerous industry awards. Barbara is part of the National Partners (NP) team, a group of the leading industrial capital market professionals at CBRE across the United States. The West Coast NP professionals consist of 9 Capital Market Partners, 13 dedicated support members, and 4 analysts, they cover California, Arizona, Nevada, Utah, Idaho, Oregon and Washington. National Partners has successfully closed market-making deals across the country totaling over $239 billion (3.4 billion square feet) since 2010. The National Partners transacted 167 MSF, 434 transactions totaling $22.3 billion in 2022. Barbara has been a proud member of CBRE’s Women’s Network and has been an Advisory Board member since its inception 22 years ago. She recently became part of the Board Emeritus. The CBRE Women’s Network empowers women of CBRE through GROWTH. CONNECTION. MENTORSHIP. Barbara is very passionate about mentoring young professionals and has participated in many mentoring programs. She was the winner of CBRE’s coveted Endurance of Spirit Award, given to a top professional that focuses on mentoring, philanthropy, professional development and personal enrichment. She actively trains young professionals to take the reins, one of the reasons why she is an inspiration and mentor to women in commercial real estate. Barbara’s many charitable endeavors include serving on Ascencia’s Board of Directors and as its Development Committee Chair and was recently the Gala Chair. Ascencia’s mission is to lift people out of homelessness one person at a time. In addition, she has been active in donating and participating in other charitable organizations including National Charity League, Cancer Support Community, Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, National MS Society, St. Bede’s Church, Go Red for Women and Urban Land Institute.
