Ms. Kruer, a licensed commercial real estate broker, has lived and worked in the real estate profession in the state of California for over 25 years, relocating from Arizona in her early twenties. Her expertise lies in the successful sales and acquisition of commercial and multifamily properties within the State of California. Contract negotiations and maintaining a sense of confidentiality are two of her top skills.
She has served as President and /or CEO of three California real estate companies and successfully represented over 1,000 clients.
Ms. Kruer has participated either as a member or officer of several local boards and committees throughout her career and has traveled throughout the United States as a motivational speaker. She is a past member of the Junior League of San Diego, Toastmasters International, and is an alumnae of the University of Arizona.
An outdoor enthusiast, Ms. Kruer lives in the rural area of Rancho Santa Fe, California with her beloved dogs, a Bernese Mountain Dog named Bailey a Doberman named Copper and an Aussie named Bravo. She is an avid equestrian and enjoys spending time riding her horse, Snickers, on the local trails. Ms. Kruer has a bachelor of arts degree in behavioral sciences and attended law school.
