Banglian Gao is a licensed Realtor and Broker in CT, NY, and RI as well as the owner of United Realty Plus located in East Lyme, CT. Lian, as she is also known, has built an unsurpassed reputation for honesty, integrity, and knowledge of Southeastern CT and its beautiful shoreline over her more than 15 years in the industry. She is a dynamic woman dedicated to her clients whom she represents in residential and commercial buying and selling needs, in addition to leasing and property management. Lian also offers professional home staging and organization services to help her clients prepare their homes for sale, which can increase the value of a home and help buyers see themselves in the space. Lian is bilingual in Mandarin and English, which has enabled her to grow strong international relationships. Prior to her real estate career, Lian studied law and earned a bachelor’s degree in economic law from Southwest University of Political Science and Law. In her personal time Lian is devoted to her husband Del, a Realtor and her business partner, and her young son Ethan. She loves travel, cooking and gardening and is an active member in the local Christian Chinese Church and Chinese School, where she leads fundraisers to benefit the East Lyme community.
