Bailey spent 7 years at Cushman and Wakefield as a retail specialist before joining the Equivis team. Her expertise includes both tenant representation and landlord listing work across the state of Indiana.
Bailey’s in-depth market knowledge and extensive transactional experience produces quality results for each of her clients. She has led roll out strategies for new to market brands including Spectrum, Tire Discounters, Urban Air, Dogtopia and many of the Xponential Fitness concepts including Yoga Six, Stretch Lab and Cyclebar. She completed site selection work through a variety of deal structures for national retail and restaurant client’s such as Eyeglass World, Pure Barre, Solidcore, Arby’s and Valvoline Instant Oil.
Bailey’s select Landlord clients include Ambrose Property Group, Tryperion Partners, Browning Investments, Realty Link and Lauth Property Group where she has successfully executed creative leasing efforts on multi tenant, single tenant and mixed use projects. Bailey approaches each assignment with attentive service and a strategy tailored to the specific project and client’s needs.
Bailey graduated from Columbia College in Chicago with a major in Public Relations and minor in Apparel Merchandising. She is a member and former Events Chair for Indy Real Estate Ascending Leaders and is an active member in the International Council of Shopping Centers.
