Bio
Bailey joined MPV Properties in September 2015 as a brokerage associate. Prior to becoming a member of MPV’s team, Bailey studied at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, where he received a BA in Economics and was a member of the Phi Delta Theta fraternity. While at UNC, Bailey was also a 4 year starter for the Men’s Golf team and was named an Academic All-American for the 2013-2014 school year. At MPV, Bailey specializes primarily in land brokerage, but he has also gained experience doing third party leasing and development alongside MPV’s Partners. A few of the notable projects Bailey has worked on include Lakemont Business Park, Strawberry Hill Shopping Center, and two 100+ acre industrial parks.
