An accomplished businessman with technical background and 25 years of success in investing in retail, office and industrial arenas. As a product engineer and owner of manufacturing facility from California, he sold many of his own products nationwide. Since 2009 he has been a head of the Industrial and Investment division of century 21 commercial at Dallas, Texas.
He has a strong background in product design, marketing, Branding, and financing. He also understands government participation is an integral part of every major facility acquisition; so, he has established a close working relationship with city and county officials. More than anything, he believes the success of the business is integrity and fairness to his clients he serves.
Currently specialized in 1031 exchange, evaluation, pricing, marketing, relocation, expansion, comprehensive due diligence and investment property identification.
Azad can speak Bengali, Hindi and Urdu. He has traveled internationally for business, to destinations including Turkey, France, Korea, Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Mexico, Canada, India and Bangladesh.
