Averill’s combined experience in luxury and commercial real estate and development are valuable assets to our Northern Vermont LandVest team. He has worked extensively on some of the largest commercial and residential transactions in the state of Vermont and brings his knowledge of marketing, construction, and disciplined market analysis to the LandVest team. Averill was a collegiate lacrosse All-American. He is a graduate of Holderness School in New Hampshire and Tufts University. Averill lives in Shelburne with his wife Heidi and their two children.
