Austin L. Repetto is a principal of TSB Realty. In tandem with the other principals of the firm, Mr. Repetto created TSB Realty to assist clients with the strategic disposition of their assets. He brings more than 20 years experience in the student housing market.
In addition to his work with TSB Realty, Mr. Repetto is the founder of Malvern Capital Partners, a real estate company providing professional services to the multifamily real estate industry. Malvern Capital Partners provides consulting services to groups seeking equity and debt investments in the multifamily industry; and Bondholder Representative services for privatized military housing and hotel projects.
Prior to establishing Malvern Capital Partners, Mr. Repetto was Senior Vice President – Finance for GMH Military Housing. Mr. Repetto was responsible for the financial and legal closings of MHPI projects that totaled more than $1.4 billion in Initial Development Period project costs. Prior to his role as Senior Vice President – Finance, Mr. Repetto was Vice President of College Park Communities, a group of related private entities that owned and managed over 30,000 beds in 10,000 units.
Before joining GMH, Mr. Repetto was a Senior Accountant for Ernst & Young Kenneth Leventhal Real Estate Group.
