Bio
Makepeace joined the Richmond Leasing Team focusing on Landlord Representation. He began his Real Estate career at Cushman & Wakefield in Buenos Aires, Argentina. He is also a second-generation agent whose father, Walton Makepeace, was active in the Richmond market for many years. Makepeace grew up in Richmond and attended Collegiate School before graduating from the University of Georgia.
