Austin Johnson is Assistant Director in the Savills Nashville Office. As an exclusive tenant representative, he specializes in relocations, renewals and subleasing. Austin’s knowledge of the local real estate market/submarkets and his experience in negotiating lease transactions have given his clients a competitive edge when it comes to finding the best solution for their real estate needs.
Austin has been specializing in tenant representation since 2017. His clients range from local companies in the Nashville area to national corporate accounts, including Guild Mortgage Company, Herbert & Lux, Gallaher & Associates, Remedly, Red Street Records, and Alliance Communications Management, among others. Prior to his time in commercial real estate, he was an account executive for a local office technology company.
Austin is a member of NAIOP, the National Association of Industrial and Office Professionals, as well as the Nashville Junior Chamber of Commerce and the Alabama Alumni Association.
