Ashlyn started with Windermere Real Estate in the Relocation Division in 2010. Since 2013, she has been working at the Windermere - Lakeview Office in Wallingford where she has successfully helped hundreds of clients buy and sell in this exciting Seattle market.
Born and raised in Seattle, she has come to love all things the great Pacific Northwest has to offer. She attended Roosevelt High School in the Ravenna Neighborhood before graduating from the University of Arizona in Tucson and returning home. She is a local enthusiast and currently reside in the Wallingford/Tangletown neighborhood with her husband Ben and son Wes. Before that he resided in several of the core neighborhoods of Seattle and love to share inside knowledge of each area down to local food hot spots and scenic walking trails. Seattle has so much to offer, and she is enthusiastic about "matchmaking" her clients’ vision here to fruition.
