I have spent the majority of my life as an athlete in various sports including Gymnastics, Mixed Martial Arts and most recently Rock Climbing. Originally from Virginia, I developed a very successful personal training business where I fell in love with helping people reach their goals and exceed their expectations. I was looking for a change in scenery in 2013, so I packed up and moved to Shady Cove and immediately knew that I had found my home. Although I’m still relatively new to the area, I have embraced the Rogue Valley and the amazing people in the community as if I’ve been here for a lifetime. I enjoy meeting new people and getting to know what brought them to the area and what keeps them here. With the extensive outdoor activities in the Rogue Valley, there’s never a shortage of things to get into. I love taking people on hikes, exploring new areas and trying out everything the Rogue Valley has to offer, from fishing and paddle boarding, to hiking and rock climbing, this area truly has it all and has won my heart.
