As Sales and Marketing Manager, Ashley is responsible for initiating and managing sales and marketing strategies for Phillips Management Group.
Ashley began her career as a leasing professional and has progressed through multiple leadership roles since joining Phillips Management Group in 2011 and she is well known for her dedication to our company’s mission, vision, and core values. Ashley serves as a member of the Employee Engagement Committee and is founding member and Chair of PMG Ambassadors, a subcommittee which focuses on welcoming new team members to Phillips Management Group.
Ashley earned her National Apartment Association NALP (National Apartment Leasing Professional) credential in 2014 and completed her CAM (Certified Apartment Manager) credential in 2016.
