Ashley Najjar is a Sarasota native. She brings enthusiasm and heart to her customers. She lives by the motto ‘treat others how you want to be treated’ and feels that every interaction is an opportunity to show kindness and love to her fellow man.
Ashley started her journey in the real estate market in 2006. During that time, she assisted customers, superintendents, and sub-contractors by analyzing invoices and making sure deadlines were met. Since then, Ashley received a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education, teaching primary age children. She reentered the real estate market in 2016 and since then has been helping individuals and families secure their dream of home ownership!
Ashley is enthusiastic about helping buyers and sellers meet their real estate goals. She is equal parts master negotiator, educator, and mother of three. Ranking in the top 10% of realtors in volume in both Sarasota/Manatee counties, she enters every business relationship with the goal of ‘people before profit’ and is committed to maintaining this level of professionalism!
