Ashley Marshall joined the Office Agency team at JLL in 2017. She provides strategic expertise to commercial owners and investors, helping them realize their real estate objectives and investment returns. Ashley works to maximize an investment by stabilizing occupancy through leasing and tenant retention while achieving optimum rents.
Prior to joining JLL, Ashley served as an Associate on the Capital Markets team for Avison Young in Nashville. During her time there, Ashley was focused on strategic business development and providing investment sales execution for clients across the state. She was responsible for serving as the key contact during disposition process, managing client relationships for strategic advisory and disposition services in all property types, with special emphasis on the private client / investor sector. From 2013 to early 2017, Ashley’s team executed more than $467 million in transaction volume consisting of over 9.4 million square feet. Ashley also served as the Director of Research for Cushman & Wakefield | Cornerstone where she specialized in market research for the Tennessee offices, tracking and analyzing office, industrial, retail, multifamily and investment data for the Chattanooga, Knoxville, and Nashville markets.
