Arwen has over twenty years of results-oriented experience in the marketing and sales of commercial real estate investment properties and residences in the San Francisco Bay Area. Prior to joining Tracy Realty Co., Arwen managed and executed the marketing and sale campaigns for over 50 investment listings with a combined value of over $1.5 billion. Her experience in working with “Wall Street Capital” and understanding the needs of these institutional investors allows her to bring a unique perspective to her commercial clients. This financial background also allows Arwen to work with her residential clients in a unique manner ~ focusing on the purchase or sale of a home within the scope of their lifestyle and ambition rather than on simply a cash flow basis. Arwen’s extensive transaction expertise in investment analysis, property due diligence and project management make her an invaluable resource to her clients. In close collaboration with Bud Tracy, President of the company, Arwen operates out of the town of Chico. Her knowledge of the San Francisco Bay Area allows Tracy Realty Co. professionals to service clients in the San Francisco Bay Area as well as to give its North Valley clients access to likely properties, buyers and tenants outside of their immediate surroundings. Arwen is a third generation member of the Tracy family business and is proud to continue this family’s legacy of service.
