Involved in the real estate industry since 1978, Arvin Vander Veen is a Senior Vice President specializing in investment sales for Colliers International in the Puget Sound region and has been with the company for over twenty years. Mr. Vander Veen is consistently one of Colliers’ top-producing brokers and averages an annual sales volume of $60 million. His vast real estate sales experience, paired with his affiliations in numerous industry groups, ensures that he is able to offer his clients valuable assistance during every step of the transaction process.
Mr. Vander Veen’s career has been driven by the leadership roles he has assumed, giving him a unique sense of accountability that he passes on to both the groups he leads as well as the clients he serves. In 1989, he acted as the president of the Commercial Brokers Association and he continues to sit on the organization’s board. He is also very active in the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors and WSCAR.
Before joining Colliers, Mr. Vander Veen spent five years with Kidder, Mathews & Segner and was a top producer. Prior to becoming involved in commercial real estate, Mr. Vander Veen was in sales, acting as a National Sales Trainer and then Regional Sales Manager for Omark Industries in Chicago.
Past President of the Commercia Brokers Association (CBA) and continues to serve on the board.
