Arto Ylikangas; CEO and the Founder of AB Commercial Real Estate Services, Inc. started his real estate career as an employee of a leasing contractor for a Telecommunications Industry. Prior to starting AB Commercial Real Estate Services, Inc. Past eleven years Arto worked as an office manager as well as a fee broker for a well-known brokerage house in the Inland Empire area.
While positioned in a management capacity, he was given the responsibility of training, educating and mentoring new commercial agents. ?Arto has earned a reputation in this industry for being fair, and honorable through hard work and an impeccable work ethic that is synonymous with growth.
With well over a hundred successfully closed commercial real estate transactions; ranging from single property investments to large scale private and corporate developments, Arto has worked with developers, builders and property owners alike, utilizing a proactive approach to entitlements, engineering and environmental matters associated with commercial properties. Through past affiliations with ICSC, BIA, PCBC, AIR, CoStar and other retail and industrial property associations, Arto continues to assist a broad range of clients from owner-user needs to improving the value on portfolio holdings that make economic sense. Arto completed his education in Finland and shortly after, moved to California, which has been his home for past 30 years.
