Arthur is a licensed Commercial Real Estate Agent and an Associate Broker with JCDAWSON Global Real Estate. He has been actively engaged in the real estate business for over thirty years. Prior to joining JCDAWSON, Arthur was the Managing Member of Slattery Commercial Real Estate, where he specialized in the sale and lease of commercial and industrial properties. Early in his career, he was a consultant to resort developers in Florida, Tennessee and Vermont, as well as head of the Condominium Marketing Division and Corporate Relocation Division for a regional brokerage. He has lectured on real estate at Dartmouth College and was an Adjunct Professor at Northeastern University, and he continues to provide Expert Witness services and lecture to real estate groups on topics including agency, ethics and duties of real estate licensees. In addition to his work as a realtor, Arthur has served as a Director of the National Association of Real Estate License Law Officials and a National Director of the National Association of Realtors. When not working, Arthur enjoys spending time by the Chesapeake Bay with his grandson.
