Since 2006, he has assisted several prolific retailers and restaurants in securing their first New York location and expanding throughout the market. He has also worked with some of the city’s most prominent developers and landlords including Madison Realty Capital and Kensico Properties, successfully leasing their retail, office, restaurant and hospitality space.
Recent restaurant and hospitality transactions include Torien in Nolita, a NYC offshoot by Yakitori legend Yoshiteru Ikegawa of his Michelin-starred Torishiki in Japan; multiple locations for Fieldtrip, a conscious and upscale fast-casual restaurant by James Beard Award winning Chef JJ Johnson; The Lavaux in the West Village, a Swiss wine and fondue bar highlighting essential flavors of wine and cheese from the Lavaux region of Switzerland.
