With over 30 years in corporate leadership, strategic business development, marketing, and client relations roles, Arthur Goodrich brings a unique perspective and skill set to his real estate practice that his clients find refreshing and extremely effective. Prior to entering luxury real estate sales in 2019, Arthur had a successful career in the Med-Tech and Med-Services sectors leading numerous teams to record results, including the 2nd highest sale price achieved for a Med-Services firm in 2009.
Leveraging the skills he honed during his corporate career, Arthur applies a focused and highly personalized approach on both the buy and sell sides of transactions. He couples the highest integrity with hard work to accomplish his client’s goals - typically in record time. And it’s what led to his $30M+ rookie year record in real estate. In 2011 Arthur purchased his first Napa Valley property while living in San Francisco and from that moment the Wine Country became a special place of escape and relaxation for him. After purchasing and redeveloping additional single-family luxury homes Arthur started Mayastoga Property Group LLC, an extremely successful luxury vacation rental company and Wine Country concierge business that today is known as the Go-To source for luxury vacation residences in Napa Valley.

A native Texan, the Wine Country’s open spaces, grand oaks and expansive vistas were what initially drew Arthur to the Wine Country. The warmth and welcoming nature of its’ diverse residents are what appeals most to him.
