Arthur Flores has more than 18 years of experience in the commercial real estate brokerage business with vast experience in the sale of retail shopping centers and effectuating 1031 exchanges. Arthur has been involved in approximately $1.5 billion in transactions in his career encompassing single- tenant retail properties, shopping centers, industrial buildings and redevelopment opportunities. He has been a consistent top producer for CBRE and has advised a number of high- profile family offices with their real estate strategies.
