I’m an Illinois licensed real estate managing broker with 30 years of real estate marketing, management, rehab and new construction experience. I have a proven track record of assembling construction crews and managing multiple job sites, while maintaining deadlines. I have provided various REO services to national asset management companies. These services include BPO’s (broker price opinion), cash-for-keys, trash outs, re-keying, securing and winterizations. I’m also Responsible for the day to day management and overall growth of the company. We assist clients purchase, lease and sell residential and commercial real estate.
