Mr. Farmer is a native of Chattanooga and began his real estate career in 1976 selling residential real estate. He has since worked in the commercial real estate field since the early 1980's, beginning as a district manager and project manager for various retail, office, and industrial developers and REIT's.
Mr. Farmer has served as the past president of the Commercial Investment Council (CIC) of the Chattanooga Association of Realtors, past president of Southeast Tennessee CCIM Chapter, and a board member of the Commercial Council of the Tennessee Association of Realtors.
